Wednesday Night Running Club (WNRC)
Sport: Running
Wednesday Night Running Club meet every Wednesday at 6pm in the World Gym car park. There is no cost, no need to sign up - just turn up! There are usually 15-20 runners of varying abilities (so you should always find someone to run at a similar pace to you). Whatever an individual's goal may be, they'll find a friendly, supportive environment where they can have fun and work towards their own personal goals with other people at a similar stage on their running journey. There is no pressure to compete or run a specific pace, distance, or time; it really is about lacing up your shoes and taking part.

One Dog At A Time
Cause: Foster-Based Dog Rescue
Rescue unwanted dogs and puppies from the streets and from the Department Of Agriculture pound. At DOA pound dogs that are found on the streets or surrendered by their owners are at risk of euthanasia. We raise funds through our fundraising events and donations to cover the costs of vetting the dogs, spaying and neutering them and treating for heartworm or other issues such as ringworm (when needed). Our funds also pay for collars and leashes, dog crates, dog bowls, poop bags and other items needed as well as covering the costs of food and Heartgard whilst in foster homes. The funds raised also pay for dogs to be flown to our rescue partners in Miami, Orlando, Tampa and Toronto.
