Guardians Alive 2023 takes place on Saturday, April 1st. G’s Intro at 6AM at 7 Mile Public Beach. FREE 2.5K/5k Walk / Run, or Beach Wellness Sessions with Coach Laura Ribbins.
(GA is an All Ages, All Fitness Levels Community Wellness Event. Friendly Pets on leashes are welcomed.)
NEW GA 2.5K & 5K ROUTE
These NEW routes are safer for small children, less active Seniors, or small dog walkers who have never done a 5K. It is also good for those who have to leave early for work. They can still do a scenic walk, get breakfast, and chat with their walk buddies before leaving!
